4. Photography Services

I provide photography services subject to separate written agreements. Therefore, where a conflict exists, the signed contract will take priority over these Terms.

I only confirm bookings once:

• payment has been received

• written confirmation has been issued

• applicable agreements have been accepted

Throughout the process, I retain artistic discretion regarding image selection, editing style, and creative direction. Consequently, I do not guarantee specific images.

5. Image Use and Availability

All images remain the copyright of Vicki Head Photography Ltd.

Although I grant usage licences in line with your contract, I do not sell copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.

I may retain images for archival, portfolio, or marketing purposes. However, I cannot guarantee long-term availability of image files. Therefore, clients must download and back up their images promptly upon delivery.

6. Courses, Memberships and Educational Content

I offer courses, memberships (including Fresh Frames), Image MOTs, consultations, and creative resources as educational and experiential services.

While these services provide guidance and insight, they:

• do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice

• do not guarantee specific personal or business outcomes

• depend on individual participation and application

Accordingly, you must not share or distribute course content or resources.

7. Pricing and Payments

From time to time, I may update pricing. However, once a booking is confirmed, I will honour the agreed price.

I process payments securely using approved third-party providers.
If payments fail or remain outstanding, access to services or resources may pause until the issue is resolved.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Each service has its own cancellation terms, which are set out in the relevant agreement.

Because of their nature, digital products and downloadable resources remain non-refundable.

Memberships operate on minimum terms unless stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I do not accept liability for loss of income, business, or opportunity

• I am not responsible for the actions of third-party venues or platforms

• I accept no liability for misuse of delivered images

Overall, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Force Majeure

Sometimes, circumstances beyond my control arise. For example, illness, extreme weather, technical failure, venue closures, or government restrictions may affect delivery.

In such cases, I will not be liable for delays or failure to perform services.

11. Behaviour and Conduct

I operate an inclusive, respectful, and professional business.
Therefore, I will not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

If such behaviour occurs, I may terminate services without refund.

This website may include links to third-party websites.
Although I aim to link responsibly, I do not control external content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time.
For clarity, the most recent version will always appear on this website.

14. Governing Law
